Over the past two years, I have been working at Fujitsu North America and Fujitsu Network communications. I have been assigned to the US from parent company in Japan. My focus has been on aligning with various stakeholders.

To drive the digital transformation of the Legal division, I collaborated with key stakeholders in the US, conducted many QA sessions on business operations and developed comprehensive materials for the system. As part of our efforts, we launched a global project monitoring system in fiscal year 2023, with the aim of maintaining a real-time project dashboard. By consistently using the system and employing AI for translation and other tasks, our goal was to ensure the General Counsel remains well-informed about ongoing cases. It is essential for the team to understand the goal of system, how it works and ways to improve it. To accomplish this, I work closely with the US teams, respond thoroughly to inquiries, and produce detailed manuals. Additionally, for complex disputes that should not be shared through the system, I acted as a liaison between the two countries to ensure all parties have a clear understanding. I also support for several key contracts which need to be overseen by Japan. Furthermore, I gathered and monitored information on MA activities and managed compliance operations as well.
I joined Fujitsu in Japan in 2009 and worked with the Fujitsu Group for 14 years until I was assigned to the US in 2023. Between 20016 and 2018, I was seconded to a Fujitsu subsidiary, where I gained valuable experience. My work has involved contract review and negotiations with both pubic and private companies, dispute resolution with customers, MA contract negotiations, compliance tasks and planning the global system mentioned earlier. My longest experience is the contract review and negotiations in Japan, particularly with government, though I also have experience in various other transactions.
