As lead I also covered lunch breaks and helped with getting the schedule set for all the screeners.

As checkout, I set up the next appointment with the patient and took payment for any products they needed to purchase. As check-in, I found the name in the system and checked the patient in. When Covid-19 hit I also took temperatures of the patients and had them fill out wellness questionnaires. I took payments for services for the day. I was starting to learn about checking for insurance benefits.
