I worked on all our group cruise travel . I worked with the cruise lines, bus company and clients. I set up the groups, booked clients, reserved onboard events, booked buses and assigned bus seating and dining assignments. Also put together travel packets with boarding passes and cruise info.

I worked for various food service businesses during the fair seasons and the car racing seasons in our area.

• Replenished condiments, beverages and supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
• Restocked supplies and prepared additional ingredients during downtime for expected busy periods.

Worked as a Group Travel Advisor for Adventures on Skis ( a tour operator specializing in European Ski Trips).

• Provided exemplary customer service to new and existing clients, which helped build lasting relationships and secure new travel assignments.
• Contacted preferred suppliers for air, hotel and ground transportation for clients.

I worked in Customer Service for Verizon in the Repair Dept for most of my career there. I also did wiring in the Central Office and was a Maintenance Administration Test person. All of these positions required me to work with other employees and customers.

I took an early retirement offer in 1997
