I had 10 drivers i was responsible for finding loads for them to make profits for the company, such as reviewing miles with fuel prices and the cost per mile we would be making.

I was in charge of payroll for each driver that was mine , as well as keeping track of hours they were driving and making sure everything was legal. I also did all the paperwork for the drivers to cross the Canadian border daily for loads .

I was in charge of 14 borders coming into the US from Canada to release shipments that were FDA and EPA regulated . We also had a parcel pickup location located inside our company that i was in charge of where i had to check in shipments coming into our building and charge the weight required fee's and log them out of our systems once pickup had been made.
