•Claims File Reviewer – Responsible for reviewing all incoming field adjuster reports to ensure all paid damage was covered by the insured’s policy. Worked supplement claims if additional payment was required due to hidden or missed damage.

•Desk Adjuster – Responsible for reviewing the insured’s claim, assessing the damage, and paying the proper amount based on the insured’s specific policy coverage. Addressed CAT, business, and regular property claims with “one call” closures.
•Inside Property Adjuster – able to quickly assess damage, write estimates, and review for a quick and efficient resolution of the claim.
•Coordinated Virtual Claims Adjuster – Held a Team Lead and Administrator Assistant position and was responsible for training new adjusters and ensuring existing team members were knowledgeable of specific insurance policies and coverage to be able to evaluate damages and determine proper compensation. Ensured all team tasks were completed and within compliance. Held team meetings, addressing insured’s concerns virtually or via phone or email. Ensured all paperwork was in compliance and submitted in a timely manner.

•Remote Property Adjuster - Responsible for assessing claims, including supplemental claims, to determine covered damage per the policy. Negotiated contracts with Contractors and Vendors.

•Express Claims Task Assistant – Applied claims settlement procedures to review and process claims as assigned by Management.

•Remote File Reviewer – Worked remotely and was responsible for assessing claims, including supplemental claims, to determine covered damage per the policy. Negotiated contracts with Contractors and Vendors.

•Auto Adjuster, Claims Representative – Responsible for contacting the insured to obtain details of loss to determine liability. Able to examine policy provisions to determine coverage, schedule repairs and field inspections, and to settle the claim appropriately.
