Program involved Product Delivery of Global Disputes Management platform(GDM) used for E2E Disputes Management capability for client(American Express). Another product in the program provided Fraud/Collections/R15 back office Case Processing functionality on the Issuer side and full functionality on the Acquirer side in International markets. GDM has recently launched Online Dispute Functionality (ODS) that allows Card Members to raise disputes online.
