I was a Group Life Product Representative who spoke to employees who had group universal life insurance polices through their employer. (Citigroup, Sanofi, Eastman Kodak, etc). I would send out forms to update beneficiary records, cash fund contribution, increase/decrease face amounts, and much more. I also processed request for participants who wished to take out financial transactions against their policy, such as loans and withdrawals. These duties also included filing death claims.
