• As a Digital Media Manager at City Bank Limited, My role encompass various responsibilities related to managing and promoting the bank's digital media presence. Here are some typical duties I perform in this role:
  Digital Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital media strategy aligned with the bank's overall marketing objectives.
  Social Media Management: Oversee the bank's social media accounts (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google AdWords, social media ads, and display networks. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve marketing goals.
  Website Management: Manage and maintain the bank's website, ensuring that it remains up to date, visually appealing, and user-friendly. Track website analytics using tools like Google Analytics.
• Maximized performance by monitoring daily activities and mentoring team members.

• Leading the Product management team to develop and manage Digital services.
• Working as the product manager of the fastest growing Ed-Tech platform ghoorilearning.com
• Develop Product roadmap and launched new digital services on given timeline.
• Leading the SEO & Marketing team and enhanced the Ed-tech services Business Goal.
• Monitor campaign budget/spend optimization while working closely with the Ad Operations and Reporting teams to ensure delivery of the agreed KPIs
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

• Worked as a product Manager of a Grameenphone branded lifestyle digital Web “ GP Store” (1M Subscribers)
• Worked closely and proactively with project teams, internal and external stakeholders, and leadership with cross-functional teams (Content partners, Operator, technology) to achieve the business target of 10M BDT monthly.

• Responsible for developing and maintaining all database of BBC Media Action Bangladesh Ex & Current employees. And finished the task within 5 months’ period.
• Coordinate the recruitment procedure, Training & other HR activities.

• Responsible for maintaining communication with the Telco & other stake holders in mobile - learning (27MM+ subscribers) Project called BBC JANALA.
• Did different campaigns with telcos to engage and onboard more registered users.
