I provide a unique, sliding scale opportunity for underserved community members to experience medicinally focused bodywork for pain management, informed by a thorough understanding of exercise physiology and joint mobility training.

• Documentation and billing administration, website and scheduling management, client consultation, and clinical studio management.
• Myofascial, trigger point, lymphatic, deep tissue, NMT, PNF, trauma-informed, aroma, and heat therapies. I emphasize creating time with clients for thorough treatment planning, relationship building, and one-on-one education that empowers clients to care for their pain autonomously.

Connected local, grassroots aid organizations and artists with hundreds of thousands of dollars, collectively, for community-enriching projects.

• Researching, writing, and editing persuasive project and financial proposals. Progress and budget reporting. Team and executive collaboration and consultation. Independent time, project, and deadline management. Community networking and advocacy.

The beginning of my personal, sliding-scale practice in Tucson, offering accessible bodywork in combination with joint mobility training, and corrective exercise programming.

• Created intakes and SOAP note management structure, a welcoming clinical office setup, and an informative personal website with online scheduling systems.
• Designed and facilitated educational content and workshops. Built strong community networks and marketing strategies.

Supported this grant-funded sliding scale clinic from initial setup and opening to its premature closure due to lack of grant funds.

• Designed clinic's intake forms, coordinated staff teams and project management, and facilitated group workshops with the public.
• One-on-one client consultations & treatments. Created collaborative care plans with other bodyworkers, as well as practitioners of acupuncture, yoga, somatic therapies, cupping, and herbalism.
• Assisted with front desk service, appointment scheduling, and clinic design and maintenance.

Amplified skills in medical massage, working primarily with clientele with severe pain & mobility struggles, through clinical insurance agreement. Quickly grew & maintained a consistent clientele base and full schedule.

• Diverse massage modalities & corrective exercise plans. Maintained welcoming and comfortable environment, performed thorough medical intakes & insurance-compliant documentation, co-created care plans with acupuncturists and other bodyworkers. Front desk service, appointment scheduling & follow-ups.

Rewarded a year of paid housing and food, based on submitted writing samples and project proposals, to direct myself in my own personal work and studies.

• Wrote an essay series; designed and taught functional movement workshops to the local community; built a personal website and opened the first part-time massage practice
