• White Coat Ceremony; 07/30/2022; 4 hours; Welcomed new first year medical students to medical school and helped the white coat ceremony run smoothly.
• Medical School Campus Tour; 08/19/2022; 2 hours; Showed potential students the Cherokee Nation campus and helped answer any questions they had.
• Back to School Drive; 10/24/2022; 5 hours; Helped donate items for the students at local schools
• Fostering Hope Foster Care Center; 10/24/2022; 3 hours; Helped make Hygiene bags for foster kids in the Muskogee area. Also help make badges for the kids that reminded them they are special and unique.
• OSU interview Day; 10/24/2022; Answered all questions interviewees had about OSU COM at CN and why it is a great school. Was there to assist in the interview day process and help keep the interviewees calm.
• MedX; 02/16/2023; 2 hours; Answered questions from undergraduate students considering a career in medicine on a panel.
• Mini Medical School; 04/21/2023; 5 hours; Event for fourth graders from local schools where they got to experience medical school and what medicine is all about. Helped entertain children and instill a love for science. Encouraged students that they could be anything they wanted to be.
• Sports Physicals at Edison High School; 05/09/2024; 5 hours; Assisted Dr. Kim Barron in preforming physical exams on students at Edison High School. Took blood pressure and heart rates for several hundred students.
• Sports Physicals at Rogers High School; 05/31/2024; 4 hours; Assisted Dr. Kim Barron in performing physical exams on students at Rogers High School. Screened vision.
