Over saw the construction of a four hundred man camp near Fort Greeley to support the Fort Greeley missile project. This was a massive project that involved the military, State of Alaska, all the trade unions and local business.

I've been working full time and seasonal as head chef and baker/breakfast for the past five ice road seasons. Duties included preparing nutritional meals for camps that range in population 45 to 350 residents.

My duties began in 1994 as head chef in a large camp. I was responsible for a large crew that worked long hours with crews working day and night shifts. This was a year long project that was extremely successful for our company.


I became the Alyeska Linewide Manager. Duties included:


-managing, supervising hundreds of employees from pump stations one in Prudoe Bay to Valdez.


-over saw the hiring, training and development of employees.


-worked with Human Resources on conflict resolution with employees. Supervised any disciplinary action with employees and followed company procedures.


-scheduled all flights for all staff working on this contract. Scheduled with shared services and all private carriers.


-represented the company in all applicable business on the Alyeska contract. This included working with all unions and other contractors to safely work together for the safe flow of oil.
