As a TEDx speaker, actor, screenwriter, and mental health advocate, I am deeply committed to using narrative storytelling to address mental health issues and promote a greater understanding of personal narratives. Currently pursuing a PhD in Social Psychology, I integrate this advanced knowledge with my storytelling background to develop and communicate nuanced therapeutic practices for managing OCD and other anxiety-related disorders. With extensive experience in leadership and public speaking, I leverage these skills to effectively share vital information with broad audiences, including young men and women. I contribute as a writer to the psychology website NOCD and have performed in various plays and short films, using film as a medium to positively impact mental health awareness and advocacy.
