Monitoring Vital Signs: Checking patients’ blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and oxygen levels regularly

Assisting with Personal Hygiene: Helping patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other aspects of personal care.

Mobility Assistance: Helping patients move around, whether it’s getting in and out of bed, walking, or transferring to a wheelchair.

Feeding Assistance: Helping patients who need assistance with eating and ensuring dietary restrictions are followed.

Collecting Specimens: Gathering urine, blood, and other samples for lab tests.

Recording Patient Information: Documenting daily care activities, changes in patient condition, and communicating this to the medical team

Wound Care: Assisting with wound cleaning and dressing changes under supervision.
