- Hired operational team and imparted training, set the operational procedures, set the process control parameters.
- Prepared long term and short-term business plans for coal Preparation Plant and implemented the business Plan as approved by the President
- Production cost reduced by improving equipment performance/ availability, developed local suppliers to replace OEM supplies and optimum utilization of resources
- Which resulted in a total cost reduction of 15% for the company
- Plant technical audit conducted and submitted ultra fine coal recovery project to the management for approval which increases overall yield by up to 6%
- Reviewed the regulatory compliance of the coal preparation plant at periodic interval, coordinated statutory clearances through subordinate managers and facilitated the implementation of the suggestions/ violations pointed out by regulatory authorities
- Replaced existing slurry tailings disposal system to combined refusal disposal system by implementing belt press and plate and frame technology, which gave additional 7 years tailings disposal area
