Skye Tavino

As the To-Go Leader, I am responsible for giving our guests exceptional service through their takeout orders. I take phone call orders, interact with hundreds of customers daily, handle money and POS systems. Being appointed the leader, I am responsible for ensuring that myself and my team are packing orders correctly and efficiently, and working with each other each night to deliver the best food through takeout. As leader, I am responsible for training new staff to enhance team performance, and I maintain composure under high stress environments. I am also trained in other areas of the restaurant, such as the host stand, in the kitchen expediting food, and as a Guest Service Assistant alongside the Management Team. As a GSA, I help the managers when they are busy by checking on tables and ensuring their dining room experience is going well.
