I started at Carrabbas’s Italian Grill in 2021. Throughout my time there, I hosted, did their carry out, served, bartended, catered, and finally worked my way up to management. My job as a manager there was to ensure guest satisfaction, coach and mentor my employees, and create a positive work environment. I was in charge of keeping everyone on track, meeting sales goals, and building business by creating memorable experiences for the guests. When I was on duty to close, I would be responsible for balancing out the registers and depositing all left over money, making sure all cleaning procedures and tasks were completed set up for the next day, and locking up the building. When I was scheduled to open, I would be in charge of ensuring all of the catering orders were completed in a timely fashion, making sure we were ready to go at any moment for a health inspection, and overseeing prep work for the day,

Temple News Agency was my first job. I got the job when I was 16 and left when I was 24. Throughout my time working here, I was responsible for making orders in a timely fashion, taking payments, ordering supplies for the store, inventory of product, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and I also held a key to open and close the business.
