as a floor lead my job was to make sure everyone knew their position for the day. making sure families and kids are safely climbing the rock walls and are clipped in correctly. I harnessed families. walking around the facility and getting employees back on task. I enjoyed talking to families and answering their questions guiding them if they needed help climbing walls.

Proselytized [kids and taught them about [] faith through [crafts ] and [bible stories and music ]. My classroom was kindergarten kids. My job entailed watching the kids while their [parents were in service. the kids learned bible verses but in a fun way so they could remember it for every story we made a craft related to that story. we played games that taught a lesson about the bible story.
