Perform the Duties of a Registered Nurse on a Pediatric ICU, interact with both Patient and Family Members and provide patient family centered care, perform these duties on Night Shift, know when to identify a decline in patient vital signs and perform assessments frequently, perform charge duties, as well as a member of PCC.

• Build rapport with patients while actively listening, observing, and documenting patient's vital signs
• Alert and correspond with nurses on abnormal, vital signs and blood sugars
• Communicate with patients providing and/or assisting with activities of daily living
• Collaborate with fellow certified nursing assistance to promote teamwork and collaboration, and patient centered care

• Perform clerical duties, such as confirming orders with physicians, creating follow up appointments for our patients, and assisting our charge nurse
• Assist with activities of daily, living, toileting, ambulating, bathing, and providing hygiene
• Obtain vital signs and glucose checks, and reporting any abnormalities to the nurses
