  • Serves as expert language advisor to multi-echelon command teams to foster an environment conducive to both the DoD language objectives and the Solidarization process.
  • Supervises the good order, discipline, comprehensive wellbeing of all assigned troops; administers physical readiness, corrective, and technical training; enforces doctrinal standards concurrent with rigorous academia to produce well-rounded language professionals into the operational force.
  • Restructured quarterly Battalion Mentorship Nights; allowed 800 initial-entry Trainees to ask questions to MOS and CLANG-aligned mentors in small groups in preparation their first follow-on assignment.
  • Selected over 48 drill sergeants as NCOIC of BDE-level court martial; established positive working relationship with I CORPS SJA for exemplary professionalism and thorough coordination.
  • Standardized DLPT performance incentives at DLIFLC; resulted in the recognition and award for over 50 Soldiers achieving their first 3/3 DLPT upon completion of the Basic Acquisition Course.
