On a daily basis and as needed I would:

Perform round readings. Operate thermal storage. Remove and replace motors from centrifugal pumps under supervision. Paint and maintain plant. Service and replace flushometers, vacuum breakers, solenoid valve extension. Drain DPVS under supervision.

Preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment such as cooling towers, energy recovery units, aaon units, water pumps, heat exchangers, heat pumps, and VFD's. Electrical work such as replacing breakers, outlets, light fixtures, GFCIs, troubleshooting shorts. Knowledge in removing old and running new electrical lines. Assisting the Super on a daily basis including filling position and the responsibilities of the Super whenever he is not on the job site including monitoring building maintenance systems, and inspecting employee's work.

Maintenance on steam boilers such as adding oil, replacing belts, checking flame for adjustments, removing sludge and stopping oil leaks. Plumbing work such as being able to isolate water lines in emergency situations. Replaced pressure relief valves, replaced and/or adjusted packing nuts and pilot valves under mechanics supervision. Replaced waste lines, cleaned out waste lines and ran new pipe work. Replaced sinks, faucets, traps, flushometers or parts including vacuum breakers, diaphragms, seals and handles. Resealed toilets and replaced parts such as fill valves, flappers, and seats. Replaced steam radiators, steam traps, replaced ptack AC units. Repaired dishwashers and refrigerators from various brands, replaced fan motors and bushings in refrigerators, as well as experienced in minor soldering.

Responsibilities included managing workers and making sure job's are running smoothly on Department of Transportation highway projects. Built houses and completed commercial projects.

Worked for various companies in the Painters Union. Experienced in painting office buildings & residential units.

Work with Owner on various stages of construction including masonry, painting, carpentry, roofing, cement work.
