Receptionist/RSA
- Provide administrative support to managers including contacting vendors, purchase orders, invoices and scanning and copying documents when necessary.
- Coordinate park programming/events and advised managers of pertinent details.
- Maintain an organized filing system of confidential client information in accordance with city's policy.
- Direct inquiries. resolve conflicts, and confirm appointments to satisfy customers needs.
- Provide guidance to team member on implementing new skills to improve current procedures.
- Process payments and updated accounts to reflect balance changes.
- Assist with special projects assigned by management when required.
- Respond to inquiries from internal staff members regarding office operations.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring positive first impressions.
