• Lead Network transformations at NVIDIA, taking a 17 people team and turning into an org with engineering functions of Network Architectures & NPI, Global deployments and AI generated deployments, SRE with self-healing agents and observability with partner ecosystems.
• Led and delivered NVIDIA’s IT WAN backbone from 2 PoPs to 14 in 3 years , with Versa SDWAN at the edge and offices, Data Centers for AI workloads(both GPU clusters and CPU) with super labs and chambers, and campus network for NVIDIA’s 108 offices.
• Created and ran the strategic program Zeus that transformed NVIDIA’s 30 year old tech debt ridden network into a modern architecture across, WAN, DC and Campus, fixing HW and SW Life cycle management as a fleet practice, ensuring redundancy and resiliency is strengthened globally to have path and provider diversity. Architected and delivered the Deployment automation Super agent and config pipelines for all roles in the network with AI and golden images created at runtime to reduce the deployment time from 11 hours per switch to 20 mins including testing
• Build the observability pane which handled alert creation, alert aggregation, alert classification, alert efficacy and Agentizing Self-healing actions, from ticket enrichment to remediation. This work reduced MTTD to a few minutes from several hours, MTTR from 5 days to 2 on an avg, and MTTD and MTTS from several hours to 30 mins on an average
• Collaborated with the Hardware and Software engineering team to build GPUs, 100 to 200 megawatts of Data Centers over each year, through NVIDIA’s phenomenal growth. The network under my leadership grew 5x on an average year over year from 83 to 284 Firewalls, 400 to 28000 switches.
• Champion collaborative environments to foster innovation and sustainable high-performance architectures.
• Led the build of NVIDIA’s self managed IT at 33 sites in 3 years which manufacture NVIDIA’s Networking products and led the connectivity design and sponsorship to the entire 108 manufacturing sites where our GPUs are manufactured.
• Authored and audited the NVIDIA IT Contract Manufacturing IT standards for all the manufacturing partners globally like Foxconn, Wistron, Amphenol, Flex etc.

• Reporting to the CEO, lead Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud , IT, Information Security, Software Engineering teams
• Established teams and developed OKRs to align research outcomes with service needs in collaboration with heads of Robotics and Autonomous Driving

Reported to the CIO and built the security practice and IT teams to create a complex and safe IT infrastructure for robots and self-driving cars. Conducted vendor evaluations and verified compliance and safety goals of Toyota.
