My husband and I own several long-term rental properties in Colorado and Pennsylvania. We recently began investing in short-term rentals in Colorado and Florida. We manage our properties and are fully involved in the maintenance, staging and decorating of each rental. I enjoy the process of seeing the potential in each property and decorating in ways to make each renter feel comfortable whether short term or for a longer stay.
Hobbies
