I maintained, organized, and fully stocked sales floors, ensuring products were priced and displayed correctly to meet customer needs and company standards. Another key component to this role was supporting our sales team by quickly locating and delivering merchandise from the stockroom, assisting customer’s in their purchases and providing excellent customer service.

I kindly greeted and sat over one hundred guests daily, along with effectively managing reservations while coordinating with servers to enhance dining flow. I also focused on increasing guest satisfaction by calmly resolving conflicts and proactively assisting team members.
