Has overseen the remodel of our footwear deck from a BOC deck to a tier 1+ PLITE deck, and elevated the apparel department to not only meet company standards, but to be consistently one of the top game plan executing stores in the region. Assisted in getting the Tallahassee location back to brand standard and led the merchandising of their footwear deck during their remodel. Assisted in the setup of the Miami House of Sport; since opening, I have continued training the team on where to place incoming freight, set updates, game plans, and best practices for maintaining the sales floor while being the top store in sales in the company.
