Ever since I had started gardening I feel as though I can see more in nature than I ever imagined. Plants and amazing ecosystems I would pass by without ever knowing. As I walk through the same neighborhood now that I have for my past 17 years I have never felt as connected as I am now. I am committed to Delaware Community College for environmental sciences for I have fallen in love with the nature around me, hopefully to one day give back to the beautiful earth we have. I have been taking care of multiple different plants, vegetables, fruits, herbs, flowers, etc. Such as strawberries, raspberries, green beans, lilies, creeping phlox, and more. As well as others I have grown directly from seed, green beans, wildflowers, basil, and sweet peppers.
