MAJOR PROJECTS:

  • AD Remediation/Consolidation-1. To migrate the legacy Domain Controller 2012/2016 to new 2019 DCs for 150 sites across US, Canada and Mexico. Legacy Domain Controllers/DNS servers running on windows 2012/2016 are being replaced by Domain Controllers built on Windows 2019 operating systems|2. Consolidation of two domains on Azure & GCP to Single domain.
  • Database Server Migration- The purpose of the project is Migration from single SQL Server to a clustered SQL Server (HA Approach) which was used for MuleSoft reporting.
  • Service NOW New instance Upgradation/IT Portal Enhancement-Managed the projects like Version Upgrade, Old instance to New Instance Migration, Portal Refresh, Creation of New Catalog items/Streamlining.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managed all the projects successfully in KDP delivering a 95% success rate
  • Implemented Project management best practices to improve project delivery, resulting in a reduction of project delays.
  • Led a cross-functional team in developing project plans and timelines with stakeholders, increasing overall project efficiency.
  • Planned the delivery of overall program and its activities in accordance with mission and goals of organization through PI planning and other team activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third party vendors to meet the overall project goals.

  • Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including UAT planning, scheduling, coordination and managing UAT execution including defect tracking and resolution.
  • Coordinate with KDP Stakeholders/Business to validate the test case scenarios and track the defects in Service Now
  • Monitor and report the status to leadership as well as identify and manage dependencies.
  • Scrum master for a team of 12 members for various streams in ServiceNow project implementing Agile methodologies and scrum ceremonies to facilitate on-time product delivery.
  • Facilitate scrum events (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint retrospective and sprint review)
  • Supported Product Owners with grooming and maintaining product backlogs & sprint readiness.
  • Creation of IT Change request in ServiceNow and end to end ownership.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports using confluence board with project stakeholders.
  • Follow up with application team for downtime approvals for migration/Decommission of legacy domain controllers.
  • Utilized JIRA to track and effectively communicate team velocity, burn down charts and sprint/release progress to the team.
