As a shift manager at the works cafe, I am given a task to run shifts and ensuring that every employee is meeting company and customer expectations by providing good service to our guests and providing whatever they need to enjoy their time at the works cafe.

Train new employees, conduct interviews and complete administrative computer work.

I also train new shift managers and mentor them so they can perform the best they can.

Effectively delegate tasks by providing clear instructions and pushing the team and others in the right direction for the company.

My primary job as a Team Leader was to train new employees,

make orders with 100% accuracy as quick as possible.

Second to my primary goal was mainly to fix up the store. This includes fix broken products, espresso machines, clean ovens and other machinery and appliances that we used daily in the store.

Quite often I would do store orders, promotions and interact with my community surrounding Dunkin Donuts.

Enhancing team productivity by implementing and sharing thoughts or ideas that would improve the store overall.

As a material handler, I was tasked to bring materials such as wires, heavy crates filled with plastic ends for wires and giant metal or wooden spools to lines.

Employees on machine lines were tasked to generate wire or run these spools of wire through a machine. Once they were done, material handlers would pick up the wire and bring it to a department called receiving that would then be shipped to partnered employers.

As a extrusion machine operator, I was tasked to run giant spools of wire through a radiation chamber for a certain amount of time.

Once run through the radiation chamber, I would have to carefully package up the wire and communicate with material handlers that I need my wire picked up.
