I had a lot of different jobs at Niello Acura. This was my starting point, I started as a Greeter. My job was to greet customers and introduce them to a service advisor. I also had to do alignment checks and park customer cars. I had to drive all different types of cars, I am experienced with driving stick shifts, automatics with push button or dial transmissions and also electric vehicles. I was a greeter for about 6 months and then I got moved up to an accelerated service advisor. I was an accelerated service advisor for about a year and a half. I wrote up vehicles for batteries, tires, filter changes, oil changes, and headlights. This is all I really wrote up for about a year and a half. I then went to sales for about 4 months. After that Covid hit and I ended up going to college for a year. After the year I got a call from Niello Acura and got offered to be a parts driver I then did that for about 6 months and worked my way back up to the service department and to be a main shop advisor. I was a main shop Advisor for about 2 years there. I then wanted to try something different car wise and went to Tesla.
