Worked as a sub-contractor to assist in the fabrication and machining of high quality bespoke automotive parts.

Responsibilities:

• Utilized micrometers and calipers to measure and verify precise tolerances.
• Operated drill presses, lathes and milling machines to produce required parts.
• Adapted to frequently changing priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment, ensuring timely completion of all assignments.

Worked to ensure customer satisfaction in-store, assisting customers with inquires on our large range of products and services. I then moved on to ensure customer satisfaction out of the store, delivering products to customers throughout WNY.

Responsibilities:

• Managed customer inquiries and complaints in polite and professional manner.
• Assisted with loading and unloading of goods to prevent delays
• Increased customer satisfaction, ensuring all deliveries met specified time frames and conditions.
• Maintained company vehicles, and repaired/renovated store property and company owned rental properties when necessary.
• Received and assembled all incoming goods from suppliers and thoroughly inspected them for any imperfections.
