• Assist Store Manager in responsibility for the store. Create a welcoming environment for customers by greeting and assisting; as well as quickly responding to customer inquiries and needs. Handling difficult and/or complicated sales, cash management and inventory. Prioritize, plan, and adjust schedules as necessary to maximize sales. Receive regular deliveries and stock sales floor in a timely manner. All other duties as assigned.

• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets. Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems. • Rent, buy or sell property for clients. Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts. Negotiate between buyers and sellers, prepare property comparison and promote sales of property.
