Determine initial and ongoing eligibility for State and Federal assistance programs administered by HHS.

Meeting specific time frames, interviewing clients, communicating program rules and responsibilities while documenting all case actions taken.

Reviewing documents, processing changes in cases and programs. Participating in client appeal process, making referrals to other servies and completing corrective actions when necessary.

Managing individual timeframes while working within a team setting. Collecting, analyzing and interpreting complex policies, procedures from clients or 3rd parties. Communicating effectively in person and via phone and email.

Assist Nebraska parents who receive cash assistance to become self-sufficient.

Providing client-centered information on the area job market, addressing barriers to employment; and providing community resource information such as daycare, medical providers, treatment programs and other community agencies for clients.

Monitoring client's participation for Employment Fist program requirements in a positive, respectful demeanor.

Facilitating job skills training workshops for resume building, cover letters, interviewing, job search tools, and workplace behavior.

Compiling data and writing reports on client data while protecting confidential client and agency information.
