Managing surveillance and security staff, including scheduling, training, coaching, performance evaluations and policy enforcement. I manage anywhere from 16-18 staff members. I oversee surveillance operations to protect guests, employees, assets, gaming operations and company property. I investigate incidents involving thefts, fraud, cheating, policy/ICMP violations, suspicious activities, employee misconduct, guest disputes and safety concerns. I manage security procedures for emergencies, evacuations, medical incidents disturbances and other critical situations. I work closely with Gaming Agents, Cage, Finance, HR and Management to identify risks and resolve any concerns while maintaining confidentiality and appropriately. I MOD 1-2 times a week, approving jackpots and making sure the casino stays in compliance. I also am the safety secretary for our safety committee. I take important notes and scan multiple forms to keep in compliance with Corporate.
