I take care of my mother as a live-in caregiver in home.

In 2010 my Mom got sick and the doctors did not know what was wrong, it took a long time to figure out that she has a disease that i am not allowed to disclose of because of patient confidentiality but has been sick ever since.

When she doesn't feel strong enough to get out of bed, passes out and/or needs anything, I attend to her.

She cannot get around the house without her walker or drive herself anywhere, so I help her around the house and drive her to her appointments and anywhere that she may need to go.

I keep the house well cleaned and help her as needed.

• Transported clients to and from medical appointments with safety and efficiency.
• Laundered items, changed sheets and made bed to keep patients' bedroom clean.
• Completed regular check-ins and progress report for each client.
• Recorded status and duties completed in logbooks for management.

• Maintained effective schedule balance between rest periods, active play, and instruction.
• Enforced rules and managed behavior through developmentally appropriate discipline.
• Introduced children to educational games and activities to boost learning.
• Applied positive behavior management techniques to enhance social interactions and emotional development.
• Distributed food, napkins, and beverages in preparation for snack time
• Assisted children with putting on coats and cold-weather gear before going outside
