- Pilot, audit, and implement new, efficient workflows to enhance patient care, lower costs, maximize reimbursement, and recognize shared savings in value-based programs such as Medicare's Oncology Care Model and Enhanced Oncology Model, as well as commercial shared savings models
- Manage multiple physician healthcare team meetings by leading motivational and engaged discussions about high-risk patients to eliminate barriers to patient care resulting in decreased hospital/ED admissions, improved advance care planning, and a dynamic treatment plan focused on patient-directed and patient-centered care
- Actively collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, helping to reach RMCC goals and generate robust shared savings to support continued practice and network transformation
- Supervise a team of patient navigators to optimize workflow and improve team efficiency while maintaining a 90% department staff retention and employee job satisfaction
- Knowledge of current oncology pharmacotherapeutics and the options, side effects, and costs associated with these therapies.
