-Compiles and records production data
-Calculates factors, such as types and quantities of items produced, materials used, amount of scrap, frequency of defects, and worker and department production rates, using adding machine or calculator
-Writes production reports based on data compiled and computed, following prescribed formats given
-Maintains files of documents used and prepared
-Examines documents, materials, and products, and monitors work processes, in order to assess completeness, accuracy
-Communicates with department supervisors and other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes
-Revises production schedules when required due to changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, working with management, production, and engineering
-Maintain area, equipment, and personal sanitation
-Prepare, weigh, carry, load, space product
-Open and rework product
-Operate case packer and case erector
-Troubleshoot, clean, and maintain case packer
-Perform product change over's utilizing the matrix
-Review order specs and assemble boxes
-Review order specs and pack boxes
-Quality checks to assure product is packaged according to customer specifications on production sheet (price / label / packaging)
-Direct / communicate to line operator on order specs and quality issues
-Palletize product if needed
-Disassembly and assembly of equipment
-Sanitize lines when needed
-Enter data on production reports
-Communicate to line personnel on safety issues
-Productive use of down time such as wiping line down and sweeping
-Review all production paperwork and maintain all positive release documents
-Conduct quality line verification checks on lines running
-Conduct Daily GMP Inspections throughout the plant
-Organize record keeping and filing
-Record incubator temps from incubators in lab
-Calibrate Thermometers against a registered thermometer
-Calibrate Pipettor and record results
-Perform water testing, as required
-Perform Safety inspections as required
-Verify Check Weight accuracy and dispersion to machine operators
-Prepare and ship samples for sales, stock ice bricks and sample shipping containers
-Prepare Yeast & Mold plates and take air samples throughout the plant
-Maintain area, equipment, and personal sanitation
-Prepare, weigh, carry, load product
-Open and rework product
-Gather, review, and apply labels/stickers/ backer boards
-Review order specs and assemble boxes
-Review order specs and pack boxes
-Quality checks to assure product is packaged according to customer specifications on production sheet (price / label / packaging)
-Direct/communicate to line operator on quality issues
-Palletize product if needed
-Enter data on production reports
-Productive use of down time such as wiping line down and sweeping
