I have 19 plus years in an heavy industrial environment…. 14 plus years in a leadership role.(lead Strand tender). I have promoted the Nucor safety culture.

We have set production records as a team at Nucor Decatur while maintaining excellent safety and quality .

The lead Strand tenders are the lock-out coordinator when equipment or issues arise…. We are responsible for the development of our teamsters.

Forklift, crane certification every 3 years I have also filled in supervisor many times.

Responsible for safety producing and packaging bathroom furniture (showers, sinks,tubs) at a production pace.

I was responsible for maintaining the smooth flow for the assembly of panels .Responsible for gathering and organizing multiple components together (paint,frame,skins) to bring to the assembly line for the assembly process .responsible for keeping the line full so the team could reach production and safety goals in a timely manor.
