Responsibilities include scheduling, billing, maintaining hearing testing equipment such as audiometers, headphones, response buttons, regularly interfacing with clients (Through heavy phone and email contact) as well as traveling to testing sites to conduct OSHA mandated hearing testing (Along with mandated employee training) for clients required to maintain an annual hearing conservation program.

Established nationwide vendor accounts, hire and train personnel to occupy said account's for the distribution of company manufactured product. Delivered/Picked up company manufactured product throughout the state of Connecticut (And beyond) to local hospitals. Delivery/Pickups included the set up and break down of equipment and transportation of said equipment through a company leased mobile unit.

Conducted covert field surveillance of workers compensation and other various insurance related claimants for the purpose of detecting and documenting fraud throughout the Northeastern part of the United States. Responsibilities also included providing, editing and submitting surveillance video and detailed reports of all field activities through the company's web portal system. Duties also included testifying in court regarding documented activities on an as needed basis.

Additional duties involved locating and interviewing witnesses related to accident investigations, documenting accident scenes through still photography, video and assessing accident scenes through various forms of measurement and sketching.
