  • Transformed the recruiting process of new stores, opening 10-18 stores a year each hiring 30-40 associates and 3-5 managers while still supporting over 100 legacy stores with a team of 5 Talent Acquisition Partners.
  • Implemented last-minute changes to meet the hiring needs of 11 new stores which were moved up 4-6 weeks while we were down 2 TA Partners. Hired more than 23 store leadership positions, 350+ Commissioned Sales and hourly associates and recruited and trained a new TA Partner in 2 ½ months meeting our new staffing goal.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization for recruitment tech stack, successfully launching several large-scale projects including HireVue, Taleo Business Edition, and multiple career sites.
  • Partner with senior executives and leaders across multiple business sectors, devising strategies to ensure pay equity, compensation competitiveness, and diversity initiatives.

  • Conduct cross functional training for our TA Team and company Leadership Teams, focused on sourcing social media sites, interviewing skills, recruiting process, diversity hiring, identifying, and eliminating unconscious biases, email marketing effectiveness and candidate engagement.
  • Transformed recruitment process for Sales Associates, implementing HireVue, a digital interview platform with an AI component that predicts future performance.
  • Traveled to all New Store Locations to establish relationships with local Workforce Development Board, Department of Labor, Town Officials, Chambers of Commerce, and other organizations with a focus on helping the community with employment opportunities.
