Began as Loan Officer/Assistant for Branch Manager and Loan Officer at various mortgage companies and chosen by Branch Manager to maintain positions throughout numerous purchases and business closures, to include most recent company Evergreen Home Loans from January 29, 2010 - October 02, 2023 (laid off 10/02/23). Responsible for processing FHA, VA and Conventional Mortgage Loans, from origination to closing, including: Working closely with borrowers and realtors; Assessing client needs; Taking loan applications and educating clients on variety of loan products and options; Reviewing applicants credit and financial status, property appraisals and preliminary title reports; Verifying employment, bank deposits, mortgage and rental ratings, as well as additional documentation for loan and submission process. Disclosing loans per compliance time-lines; Assisting processor in satisfying conditions; Utilizing Custom Information Management Systems to access data and maintain loan applicant database; Providing administrative support for Branch Manager as needed.
