Work History

Information Technology Specialist

US Army

  • During the FY21 redesign of the All-Domain Operation Center (ADOC), My understanding of the proposed layout, network requirements and the Commander's vision enabled my team to successfully complete the tear down and redesign a week earlier than the estimated timeline. As the most experienced system administrator, provided helpdesk and server support within the ADOC during the Forager 21 and Keen Sword 22 training exercises: enabling mission command from the forward and rear element.
  • Trained on the Tactical Server Infrastructure (TSI) server stack and quickly became proficient. My ability to understand how to configure and build servers enabled me to provide server support during the Project Convergence 21 (PC21) training exercise. My knowledge allowed me to participate in the Orient Shield and RIMPAC 22 training exercises as the sole server technician: providing outstanding server support. I physically imaged over 200 tactical SIPR (TACSIPR) machines and patched security vulnerabilities on the TACSIPR image monthly.
  • Nominated to serve as the S6 Purebred Agent, which allowed me to obtain user public key infrastructure (PKI) certificates to configure the unit's government-issued mobile devices. Managed the unit's video teleconferencing (VTC) and secure video teleconferencing (SVTC) systems and utilized the Cisco Telepresence Management Suite (TMS) portal for monitoring and updating all VTC/SVTC systems. Completed over 500 service request tickets for customers.
  • Support the Joint Forces Headquarters in managing all communications and IT systems, ensuring secure data and voice transmission. Maintain 24/7 worldwide operations, coordinating with DoD Cyber Defense across 45 Combatant Commands, Services, and DoD agencies.
  • securing over 7M computers, 15K networks, and 20K telecommunications circuits totaling over $30B across the DODIN
