Responsible for the oversight of services utilizing heavy equipment and related resources for facility service repairs and maintenance activities. Administers and manages Approx. 20-40 Service Technicians in the performance of the Department of Public works Division Performance Work Statement. Client communications both written and verbal regarding task status updates. Analyze workload data reports, performance reports, and reconcile to contract standards. Confers with officials, interprets regulations and codes and provides technical guidance to subordinates. Adherence and enforcement of company policies and procedures. Investigates complaints and violations, prepares reports of findings and action taken or recommended. Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and directions form the Project and Operations Managers.

Works to delegate jobs to be done and assigning them to the appropriate employees to produce quality work in a timely and safe manner.

Run Heavy Equipment such as excavators, dozers,backhoes,loaders,pans and formed and poured concrete. also provided snow removal on post.

Supervise and performs work to complete projects according to USACE specifications.Operated equipment, layout, form and finished concrete, erosion control and embankment restoration, traffic control. Ensure site safety of operations, equipment inspections, and daily reports for projects.
