  • While still incarcerated I made critical contact with referred clientele, then conducted comprehensive virtual assessments with clients by creating an individual reentry release plan focusing on their number one barrier, housing, needs, strengths, while developing appropriate support strategies.
  • Once clients were stabilized, the focus shifts to securing specialized part time employment, (for felons) development of interviewing, resume writing, and etiquette skills.
