Using interactive experiments we engage, educate, and explain the importance of STEM to over 1700 of Idaho's underrepresented youth; specifically targeting Title 1 schools in the West Ada School District. We were also awarded INL's STEM Equity Grant.

As PNW Biomedical Regional lead for the Onboarding and Training department, I lead and manage a department of specialists responsible for onboarding and training blood donor ambassadors. I have led my team to increase the volunteer count by over 20 percent onboarding over 150 volunteers.

I work in the Emergency, Post-Anesthesia Care, Pediatric, and Mother-Baby Units. Managing discharges and maintaining the comfort of the patients and their families.

Selected to study AHL synthase enzymes to create quorum sensing inhibitors to combat vaccine resistance. In the lab I independently purified proteins using small molecule synthesis and NMR.
