Contracted to Prosci as an Executive Instructor as well as providing consulting services to organizations wanting to get better at changing. Specialties are Organizational Change Management, Digital Transformation, Merger & Acquisition, and a recognized expert in the Prosci methodology, models, and tools. I personally stood up the Enterprise Change Management Expertise Center (OCM) for a global company of 56,000 people in over 180 countries around the world. I was the Lead instructor, coach, and developed a detailed deployment plan for this complex organization.
As a Prosci Executive Instructor, I taught all of the Change Management classes that Prosci offers as well as worked with external clients as part of Advisory Services to assist Prosci customers with difficult projects, coaching, Enterprise Change Management (ECM) workshops, and strategy and leadership.
I have successfully led global teams in manufacturing, operations, R&D/TS&D, IT, analytical, purchasing, and corporate wide initiatives such as enterprise reliability, global ERP digital transformations, and standing up change management offices across organizations.
