The effort resulted in ~470+ documents being reviewed, revised and published within the timeline defined.
- Processed ~360 Regulatory Change Assessments in Archer, which resulted in attestation to compliance for any new policy, law, rule or regulation. For any assessments found to impact the department, defined the new process, wrote the control and monitoring activities and trained personnel to execute to compliance for the new item. The result was less risk to Citi for federal regulators when audits of the business are conducted.
- Resolved over 70 vendor control issues (more than any other team member) as identified through KPIs, KRIs or on-sight Third Party Risk Management audits conducted. The result was keeping vendors compliant to Citi Third Party Risk Management guidelines, to their contractual obligations and less risk in producing work as Citi.
- Created the first in store card issuance product process for Citi, determining controls and monitoring of processes, resulting in addressing risks to Citi and the in store card issuance partner (i.e. LL Bean). This effort resulted in successful approval by the Organization Risk Management committee.
- On-boarded new vendors (suppliers), determining needed controls and monitoring practices, which resulted in minimization of risk for new vendors (or new suppliers) to process work in Citi's name.
