Dynamic Recovery Program Manager with expertise in case management, community outreach, and program development. Proven track record in launching impactful programs and facilitating recovery sessions to enhance participant engagement and success.
Since 2004, Stephanie Davis' work in the recovery community has centered on teaching practices that support individuals overcoming addiction and incarceration. Beginning with instruction in the 12 Steps across treatment facilities, AA groups, mental institutions, and jails, she later integrated heart‑healing approaches in 2012 to deepen the emotional and spiritual impact of recovery. In 2015, she began teaching restorative justice programs in jail, and by 2018 established All-aholics while also teaching recovery to the Prisoner Re‑Entry Program (PREP) to aid reintegration. Her efforts broadened further in 2022 through joining the Downtown Women’s Center (DWC) and culminating in the launch of Rethinking Alcohol and Drugs (RAD) at DWC in 2024. She has been a staple in the recovery community in the Clements Prison since 2022 where she volunteers weekly. Collectively, these initiatives have reached and positively influenced thousands of people, blending traditional recovery frameworks with innovative healing, justice, and re‑entry strategies to foster lasting transformation in the community.
