- I serve residents in the assisted living dinning rooms that is restaurant style dinning. After greeting the resident I take there beverage order. After bringing there beverage I take there order and put it in the POF System then send it to the kitchen . If they order soup or salad I take it out to them. Once their food is ready I take it out to them . I ask them if they would like a refill or anything else. After they finish there meal I clear any dishes that they do not need. I then offer dessert at Lunch and Dinner. I usually have 6 tables in my section to take care of . After Service is over I Either do the dishes take care of the Serveries or clear the dinning room.
