I have worked for Missouri Alliance for two and a half years as a Resource Development Specialist. I enjoy working with families to equip them with the tools needed to parent the youth in Missouri's foster care system. Prior to working for Missouri Alliance, I was a career level foster parent for twelve years. During that time, I adopted and provided permanency to three young ladies. My time employed at Westgate Resorts allowed me to begin to show my abilities to train and lead groups of my colleagues. I look forward to continuing to build on what I have learned.
