Food expeditor acted as a liaison between the kitchen staff and wait staff. Also to take customers to-go orders on the phone as well as on tablets. I Ran food to tables from the kitchen, also set up trays to be run by other expo staff, boxed up to-go orders as they came in. Was also the liaison for the wait staff in fixing orders for customers that we're not done correctly. Helped managers with my customer service skills to the patrons who were dining that may have been having a bad experience with their server.

Collecting blood donations for largest blood bank in IL

• Took vitals, did charting, and took relevant information during exam interviews, in order to ensure safe, and suitable blood donations based on FDA regulations
• Used phone management skills to provide accurate information, make appointments, and assist donors with blood donations to ensure quality outcome
• Roll of charge/Lead Phlebotomist
• Drew blood from donors, as well as sealing units to prevent contamination
